Personality: He comes off as good natured, super friendly and adorable, that one friend who seems to know everything about anything before you even tell them anything (can sometimes be creepy tho) and who knows exactly what to do to make you forget about whatever's troubling you. Over enthusiastic and energetic, he can be a bit over the top with his "happiness". Since he's created this small, friendly, cutesy and adorable persona he thinks he's entitled to most things and can get away with anything. He actually lives for trouble, likes making a mess of things and causing arguements, and likes inducing guilt while appearing as though he had no part of it and wants to help. He aslo likes pulling pranks, especially on those who are close to him just so he can comfort them after and look like the good guy. Even when he's "comforting" you he persuades you to actually do things that can make your situation worse and lead to your downfall. He likes trying new things, super inventive, and has a tendency to butt in on people's business while at the same time not caring if you're annoyed by him or not. He also gets jealous easily and can't stand it if you have better things than him or get along better with certain ppl. He loves attention and if you are his friend he gets very clingy.

-Elasticity (he can stretch and compress his body/any part of his body to various lengths and sizes but can't stay for super long periods of time with those changes)
-He can split himself into unlimited durable clones but the more clones the harder it is to control them and the less time he can maintain them
-Upon touching an object/substance/etc his body can take on the form of the certain object (ex: metal, he can make his body metal therefore he takes less damage, his own damage increases but his speed decreases. Wood, he can make his body wooden therefore giving more agility and less weight but takes a lot of damage etc) 

Appearance: black long sleeved shirt, grey stripped vest, white bowtie, white gloves, dark grey slacks and heeled shoes. His "mask" is actually plain white that covers the bottom half of his face/his mouth, when he's wearing it he draws on it to express "more emotion" (before y'all say he looks like Bendy look at this: rro gem court adopts!! - 1/3 OPEN)
